This report examines the findings of a study on the impact of resettlement programs in six countries: Australia, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, Sweden and the United States.
After providing a description of the resettlement programs for each of the countries analyzed, the report presents the main findings of the study. To measure, evaluate and synthesize the integration outcomes, the report considers the dimensions suggested by the International Recommendations on Refugee Statistics (IRRS) to assess the level of integration of refugees. Furthermore, the report pays special attention to the indicators recommended by the IRRS to measure the satisfaction of immediate and ongoing needs, as well as long-term progress.
